GIFT CONNECT’s Advisory and Advocacy Board continues to grow! We are so excited and grateful to welcome the below members.
To increase GIFT CONNECT’s reach and measurable impact in Birth to Three and Early Childhood Development (ECD), we are engaging and activating proven, bipartisan ECD leaders on a new, working Advisory & Advocacy Board (AAB).
GIFT CONNECT’s New YouTube Channel
GIFT CONNECT is thrilled to announce the creation of our new YouTube channel.
Our channel will feature original GIFT CONNECT content, as well as curated playlists of tips & tricks for parents to build Loving Habits.
Bee Smart Program
Ten Moms with babies under 18 months old joined GIFT CONNECT’s Bee Smart community gatherings in Wilmington, Delaware at the end of last year. The Moms signed up for four sessions to learn about the Loving Habits they can share with their little ones to stimulate brain growth by doing fun activities.
They learned how talking to babies stimulates language development, how to get the most out of reading with baby, how to practice “serve-and-return” and the best part – they experienced the power of music as they wrote their very own lullaby they will cherish forever.
Carnegie Lullaby Project
in Kenya
Stellar Mengele, GIFT CONNECT’s Global Ambassador, has begun to implement the Carnegie Lullaby Project in Kenya.
The program, started by Carnegie Hall, helps parents and caregivers learn Loving Habits and write lullabies to engage with their children and foster proper development from Birth to Three.

GIFT CONNECT’s team met up last month in Wilmington, Delaware, to strategize and report on the progress of the organization’s various programs.
Team meetings are a great time for both GIFT CONNECT’s team and those who support us to reflect on the work we do to amplify Birth to Three development in the US and across the world.
